The Group believes in inclusivity and works closely with people at the grassroots to enable a lasting impact. As a corporate, the Company wields a certain capacity to do good, not just through charity, but by creating opportunities for learning and self-development. Today there stands an industry that provides livelihood through employment to skilled and unskilled labour from the surrounding villages. The Company has also built its social, economic and welfare support ecosystem by utilizing land for building school, post office, temple, police station and ESI hospital for the socio-economic development of society.

We believe in empowering women by training them with useful vocational skills to help them gain employment at the mill and live a life of dignity and be economically free of burden.

The Company contributes through regular initiatives to impact the daily lives of locals by aiding schooling to children, distributing school uniforms, giving accommodation facilities to employees and employment opportunities are offered to their children. This apart, the mill runs a canteen which provides hygienic and nutritious meal to employees at a highly subsidized cost.
